The transformer oil pillow is installed on the fuel tank (corrugated oil tank) of the transformer, and there is also a pipe closed by "glass", called "explosion-proof pipe", which is to prevent the transformer from malfunctioning, the oil temperature is rapidly increased, the volume is rapidly expanded, and the oil pillow has been When it cannot be accommodated, the oil will crush the glass and rush out of the explosion-proof tube to protect the transformer from major damage.

The transformer tank (corrugated tank) is filled with oil, but the oil in the transformer's oil pillow is not too full. The oil tank and the oil pillow are connected by pipes. When the oil is lacking in the oil tank, the oil in the oil pillow will flow down the pipeline and be added to the oil tank to keep it full. At the same time, when the transformer load increases, the oil temperature increases. When the transformer oil expands and does not hold down in the fuel tank, it will flow up the pipe and return to the oil pillow.

There is a cooling oil inside the heat pipe of the transformer tank (corrugated tank), which is pipe-shaped. The transformer tank (corrugated tank) is designed vertically to allow the cooling oil to vary depending on its density.
